UPK-75-F Integrating Sphere for Infrared
Light Reflectance & Transmittance

The UPG-75-F integrating sphere with ODG95 coating¹) is designed for universal use in reflectance and transmittance measurement applications. The 75mm diameter integrating sphere with 12mm diameter measurement and three auxiliary ports in +/- 8° and 0° orientation to the measurement port offers high light throughput required in light sensitive applications within the spectral range from 800nm to 20µm. The auxiliary ports can be covered with ODG95 coated port plugs when not in use. The detector port is in 90° position to the measurement port. An optional plug-in baffle avoids direct irradiation of the detector port from the measurement port.

1) ODG95 uncoated gold out performs all other uncoated metallic reflectors at infrared wavelengths. With reflectance of 95% in the wavelength range from 800nm to 20µm, gold is the best choice for integrating sphere coatings in IR applications. Gigahertz-Optik’s proprietary interior surface preparation creates the diffuse reflectivity required for uniform light distribution inside the sphere.
