The PD-9304 detector head is part of the Gigahertz-Optik PD-93 modular detector series. It offers a large 1cm², 11.28mm diameter active area. Without any additional attenuation element it features high sensitivity in the pW to mW range for laser wavelengths from 400 to 1100nm. The detector is equipped with a BNC connector (female) located on the rear of the detector housing and a 2m long coaxial cable with selectable -1, -2 or -4 type connector for use with Gigahertz-Optik’s range of optometers. Calibration of spectral radiant power sensitivity in W in 10nm increments within the wavelength range from 400 to 1100 nm is performed at Gigahertz-Optik’s Calibration Laboratory for Optical Radiation Quantities.
