ACGIH/ICNIRP Effective Irradiance Detector

The XD-9506-4 two channel light detector is designed for ACGIH/ICNIRP* actinic UV-A and UV-BC irradiance detection. The two sensor design reduces the cross talk between the two wavelength ranges, one of the main sources of error for single sensor design detectors. Both sensors are set-up with a UV hardened diffuser window for cosine corrected field of view. Calibration of UV-A and UV-BC irradiance in W/m² and W/cm² is performed at Gigahertz-Optik’s Calibration Laboratory for Optical Radiation Quantities. The detector is supplied with a 2m long coaxial cable with -4 type connector for use with Gigahertz-Optik’s X1₁, X1₂ and X1-PCBC optometers.
