P-9710-2 Optometer
UV-3711-308-2 Excimer Laser Irradiance Detector
The highly efficient P-9710-2 optometer in combination with the UV-3711-308-2 detector forms a measurement instrument for the measurement of irradiance dose of Excimer Lasers operated in pulse chain mode. The
UV-3711-308-2 is identical to the UV-3711-2 UV-B irradiance detector. The difference is that the UV-3711-308-2 is calibrated with monochromatic light at 308nm. The
P-9710-2 optometer is a highly efficient single-channel instrument to readout and display the UV-3711-308-2 detector signal. The optometer features an amplifier configuration optimized with gain range independent rise time for CW measurement as well as the measurement of a short light flash or pulse chains by the pulse stretching method. Short light events with pulse lengths much shorter than the meters rise time can be measured. The P-9710’s wide signal range of 0.1pA to 2mA with eight manually or automatically selected gain ranges covers the dynamic range of most photodiodes in use. The maximum error within this wide dynamic range is 0.2 % through traceable calibrations of each range. A bi-directional RS232 serial interface allows external remote control. A PC software is optional offered. The meter is battery (rechargeable) or AC operated.
