UMBK Series Base Integrating Spheres

UMBK integrating spheres form the basis for modular integrating sphere set-ups. They are built with two hemispheres made from ODM98 covered with an aluminum housing. Gigahertz-Optik stocks these hemispheres in semi-finished form with the outer surface painted in Gigahertz-Optik’s RAL 3004 color. ODM98 is a 10mm thick temperature, shock and high irradiation density stable coating with high reflectivity from 250nm up to 2500nm. One or more port holes for mounting port frames are machined into the coating based on the application. For ports requiring a knife edge design, port frames with port inserts made from ODM98 are supplied. Spheres with inner diameters of 150mm, 190mm and 280mm are available.
