SRT-M37-L-UV Radiance Lens Adapter for
UV-37 Irradiance Detectors

A cost effective means to make both irradiance and radiance measurements is to outfit the UV-37 series irradiance detectors with front lenses to limit the field of view of the irradiance detector. The SRT-M37L-UV series is set-up using a quartz lens extending the application range from the UV to NIR. The SRT-M37L series front lenses are combined with the 37-type type detector housings using SRT-M45/37 base mount which fits onto detector housing and is held in place with set screws. The SRT-M45/37B is internally threaded (M37x1) allowing the front lens barrel to screw into it. The base mount includes both a M6 and camera type (1/4”-20 BSW) threaded hole on its side for a standard tripod or bench post or to fixture the device into an application. Front lenses with 1°, 2°, 5° and 10° are available. Lens and detector can be calibrated in radiance units of W/(m²*sr) at Gigahertz-Optik’s Calibration Laboratory for Optical Radiation Quantities.
