X96 UV-A, UV-B, UV-B311nm Irradiance Radiometer

The X96 (Xnine six) meter including the XD-9501-4 detector is a compact lightweight radiometer for the measurement of irradiance in the UV-A, UV-B range and at UV-B311nm. The X96 is a complete ready-to-go radiometer that includes meter, detector, calibration and BHO-04 hard case. The XD-9501-4 detector includes two filtered corrected photodiodes. One for UV-A 315-400nm and the other for UV-B 280 to 315nm spectral responses. Both detectors are calibrated with a spectrally broadband calibration lamp for UV-A and UV-B irradiance in mW/cm². An additional calibration of the UV-B detector is done using a 311nm calibration standard light source for irradiance sensitivity at 311nm for narrowband UV-B type sources. The X96 meter is a handheld battery operated instrument with 9 mm high character LCD display for easy viewing. Its high linear current to voltage amplifier offers seven manually or automatically selected gain ranges. The maximum error within this wide dynamic range is 0.2 %. Operating the X96 is simple. Once set-up all settings are stored and recalled on next power-up unless changed. The meter is operated by a standard 9 V battery. A BHO-04 hard-shell case is supplied with the instrument.
